Total Fire Solutions was called to advise on a project for a customer who needed to provide mobile support for a semi-fixed, full surface foam system on a 175,000 bbl tank.  We worked with engineering and the project management team to come up with the best solution for the problem - and then we went to work to deliver the trailer. 

Seen here, is a diesel driven digital foam injection system capable to accurately deliver foam concentrate at a rate of 150 gallons per minute at as low as 1% injection rate.  The trailer incorporated 2 - 265 Gallon totes of foam concentrate with integrated heating for outdoor winter standby conditions, as well as stainless custom storage cabinets and hose beds for rapid deployment.
